2. Curryrecipe.co.uk or any person/s connected with it cannot be held responsible for any recipes which do not meet the purchaser’s satisfaction.
3. Food items will not be replaced or refunded.
4. Equipment purchased through the site may be replaced if all the following conditions have been met:
A) Purchaser has inspected goods within one day of receipt and notified curryrecipe.co.uk by email within 2 days of receipt.
B) The item/s has not been used.
C) The item/s will be returned by the purchaser at their own cost and responsibility.
D) Upon receipt of the item/s curryrecipe.co.uk reserves the right to carry out an inspection and offer a similar or exact replacement if the item/s are deemed to be faulty or damaged.
E) After an inspection has been carried out and it is deemed that the item/s are not faulty or damaged, curryrecipe.co.uk will not offer a replacement and will return the item/s to the purchaser at the purchaser’s own cost.
F) A refund will be offered if the first replacement continues to be faulty or damaged.
